The article highlights how Senator Banks has been an influential voice in the Senate even though he is in his first term.  He has been outspoken on both fiscal and social issues becoming a leading conservative voice in both areas.  Since he took office, he has championed the issue of eliminating Indiana’s estate tax.  His willingness to take on big issues has caused some to speculate about a Lieutenant Governor Jim Banks.

Regardless of how the future plays out, Indiana is very fortunate to have a strong conservative voice in the State House with Senator Jim Banks.
